Release the Pain:
In these episodes, you will first learn the basics of how the body functions and moves, with everything deriving from the spine. Todd will teach you how to eliminate your pain by focusing on posture and activating specific muscles to maximize movement and increase efficiency.
In this first week, you will release the pain.

Establish Your Baseline:
Everyone has a different starting point when it comes to movement. Identifying this starting point helps you to progress in a way that is right for your body so that you will reach your movement goals in a safe and efficient manner. In this second week, you will learn exercises focused on perfecting the movement of your body so that your goals are attainable and within reach. Here you will establish your baseline.

Learning How to Move:
Not all movement is created equal. Our bodies were designed to move in specific ways that are both protective and efficient. Daily routines and activities interfere with movement patterns and detract from the way our bodies were naturally designed to move. During this third week, you will learn how to move correctly, in a manner that not only minimizes the risk of injury, but maximizes your strength and increases your abilities, making every day movements effortless and safe. Consistency is key when learning how to move.

Integrate Into Your Normal Life:
Perfecting movement patterns began with mastery in isolation. In the fourth week of this program, you will take the movement techniques you've adopted and learn how to integrate these isolated movement patterns into your everyday life. Awareness of movement leads to application and eventually becomes your daily movement patterns. Transform your movement by integrating these techniques into your normal life.

Establish New Movements:
Now that you have learned new movement patterns and learned how to integrate them into your normal life, you will focus on establishing new movements in this fifth week. Learn new ways to move and how to take your movement to the next level to increase your mobility and strength. As your body moves in the most efficient way, develop additional techniques to surpass your movement and fitness goals.

Forward Motion:
In this final week of the program, you will learn how to move forward with your motion and develop a fitness plan to allow you to a.) continue moving correctly to avoid injury and b.) strengthen your whole body so that your muscles work to protect you from injury and allow you to do things you may not have been able to do before. This is the week of moving forward with forward motion.
